Preparation: Either eat right out of the mylar package or rehydrate and use it like regular Sunflower Microgreens. To rehydrate the Sunflower Microgreens, just wet them in the water and let them sit for 5 minutes in a sealed container (zip lock bags work great).
Once opened (from the Mylar package) they will last:
- up to 1 year in a sealed container with refrigeration once opened but not re-hydrated
- up to 60 days in a sealed container without refrigeration once opened, but not re-hydrated
- up to 5 days not in a sealed container with refrigeration once opened and re-hydrated
